▲ Both have some merits and demerits, but I think the works that are shot like live broadcasts are more appropriate. I'm a rookie and I do not have enough experience. The pre-production drama certainly has the strength to focus on acting for all the staff and actors, but in the case of me, it seems that there is too much of it. I did everything I could to regret it at the time. It's really all about it. If I still feel this way. It is very much lacking. 

Q: I am still acquainted with Park Hye-soo, who has been breathing in "Saimdang Light’s Diary". 
▲ I support you with your heart. Park Hye-soo and I met a lot in advance in advance of the pre-production, and I hit a lot of breath. I practiced the script together and guessed a lot of emotions. I show it to the director first. I think it was wonderful to have such memories. I want to meet again in a good location by working hard. 

Q I am from Korea. I wonder what the student was. 
▲ I was really happy when I was a student. The class was good, but the school life itself was so much fun. As soon as the lesson was over, I ran to the rooftop and played with gentlemen playing with gentlemen while playing a tent with my brothers and friends. I also like to talk deeply about acting and studying life. I spend time until I get up and go to class in the morning. I am sorry to say that I am talking to you now, but I have had a meaningful and meaningful time. I still have a year left, but if I had the chance, I would like to go back to school and play motors and stage and perform. 

Q How was it when you were younger.

What dream did I have before I dreamed of an actor? 
I did not have a dream in fact. I have read a lot of comic books and novels since I was a kid. You will also encounter books that are a little irritating. I think a lot about the meaning of death at that time. I can not live forever. Now, on my way home, I can even die. So I do not dream too far and I think I have been thinking about focusing on this moment from now on. So I had no big dreams or plans. I hope the idea does not change forever. I'm trying to do that. 

Q There is no desire to be a top star without being greedy. 
▲ Not at all. Not at all. I do not think I want to get popularity, honor and popularity. I tell my friends and people around me. Do not treat me cautiously. I am nothing. Really. 

Q There is no difference in life. 
▲ Not yet. Nothing is felt. When money comes, I will decorate a lot and I will invest a lot of this and that, but I am not interested in that part, so there is no change. Please tell me to buy some clothes from the company. I only wear clothes I wear. But I want to buy some clothes. What did I say so (laughs). 

Q It seems that even though I wear the same clothes, I have always been popular because of my warm appearance. 
▲ Is it me? Not at all. Soojung, left out ~. I did not have time to think about love. I live only in school, taekwondo, and bookstore. 

Q What kind of style do you love? Lovers? 
▲ I do not think I'm a lover. Because it is scarce and insufficient, it is hard to distinguish between acting and everyday. When I enter the work, I tend to block all connections to the outside world. After months of thinking about his work, he sold out and became so lonely. I am grateful and sorry to the friends and family who waited. It's inferior. Look at that. But I still can not help it because I do not have enough to distinguish it clearly. In fact, I really need to have time for myself and I have to have it. When I go into filming, I only think about the work and its role. It's hard to love yet, right? I wish I could meet someone who can coexist with work. I really think the code is important. Outwardly, no matter how beautiful a person is, if the code does not fit or the conversation does not work, I do not feel attractive. On the contrary, when the code is good and the conversation is good, it feels really attractive. I believe that if you get more experienced and skillful you can definitely distinguish between daily life and acting. 

Q I was running SNS in my agency. The reason you do not have direct SNS. 
▲ I think it is a careful step yet. I think that I can do it myself. I'm afraid I might make a mistake. I am thinking about SNS more and more and I want to talk to my company when it is time to do and to do well. Ask for an account (laughs). 

Q I feel like a nice person to talk to. What do you want to grow as an actor?

Yang Se Jong siap kembali unjuk kemampuan aktingnya lewat drama baru. Tak tanggung-tanggung, kali ini aktor kelahiran 1992 itu berani mencoba genre thriller dengan menerima tawaran membintangi "Dual" OCN. Drama ini dibintangi Jung Jae Young ("Assembly") dan Kim Jung Eun ("Lovers in Paris") sebagai pemeran utama.

Tak cukup dengan "Saimdang: Light's Diary", Yang Se Jong lagi-lagi akan memainkan peran ganda dalam "Dual". Ia memerankan karakter Sung Joon dan Sung Hoon. Bukan kembar, Sung Hoon merupakan hasil kloning dari Sung Joon. Menariknya, Sung Hoon berkeliaran membunuh orang dengan sadis. Sedangkan Sung Joon sendiri mendadak kehilangan ingatannya.

Sung Hoon disebut-sebut sebagai karakter pembunuh sadis yang belum pernah ada sepanjang sejarah drama thriller Korea. Ia membunuh dengan cara yang sadis dan mengambil organ tubuh para korbannya. Bisa dipastikan imej cowok polos tak akan bisa dijumpai dalam diri Yang Se Jong saat memerankan karakter tersebut.

"Dual" juga menjadi drama reuni Yang Se Jong dengan Seo Eun Soo. Seperti yang diketahui, mereka sama-sama membintangi "Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim" sebagai senior dan junior di rumah sakit. Kebetulan mereka lulus dari universitas dan jurusan yang sama. Seo Eun Soo akan memerankan sosok jurnalis medis bernama Ryu Mi Rae.

Sementara itu, "Dual" menceritakan Jang Deuk Chan (Jung Jae Yeon), detektif yang bertemu dengan manusia kloning dan terlibat kasus pembunuhan mengejutkan. Drama ini disiapkan tayang usai "Tunnel" pada 3 Juni mendatang.

<Romantic Doctor Kim Sabu> first informed his face, but he made his first film

[Interview] 170116 Yang Se Jong, 'Aku selalu bahagia saat mendengar kata 'Do In Bum'"

Yang Se Jong bisa dibilang masih sangat baru di dunia akting. Namun kemunculannya bak komet yang langsung menyita perhatian publik. Ia tampil dalam dua drama SBS, "Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim" dan "Saimdang: Light's Diary" yang dibintangi artis veteran seperti Han Suk Kyu dan Lee Young Ae.

Usai merampungkan syuting "Romantic Doctor Teacer Kim" (20 episode + 1 episode spesial) pada Januari 2017, Yang Se Jong yang memerankan sosok Do In Bum merasa ada yang hilang dari hidupnya. Aktor kelahiran 1992 itu mengaku kangen dengan para pemain serta kru drama medis itu.

"Aku ingin bertemu dengan para sunbaenim lagi. Aku merasa sangat (kehilangan). Setiap hari aku bertemu dengan sunbaenim, nuna dan penulis naskah, kurasa aku merasa seperti itu."

Do In Bum merupakan putra Do Yoon Wan, direktur Geodae Hospital yang penurut namun lama-lama menjadi karakter "tiga dimensi". Do In Bum bukan karakter yang mudah diperankan oleh aktor pendatang baru.

"Aku mencoba mengekspresikan konflik antara diri Do In Bum sebenarnya dan Do In Bum sebagai putra Do Yoon Wan. Aku mencoba menunjukkan sebaik mungkin proses berubahnya Do In Bum."

Berbeda dengan Kang Dong Joo (Yeo Yeon Seok) dan Yoon Seo Jung (Seo Hyun Jin) yang selalu bersama, Do In Bum merupakan karakter yang sendirian. Yang Se Jong sendiri rupanya mengaku senang menyendiri.

"Aku benar-benar menyukai saat sendirian. Jadi selama syuting aku menjadi gampang mendalami peranku. Saat membintangi 'Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim', aku hanya tidur selama dua hingga tiga jam dan kembali syuting tiap hari."

Jadwal syuting cukup singkat dan sulit secara fisik, namun ada senior yang selalu memberi saran Yang Se Jong dengan senang hati. Seperti yang dikatakan Han Suk Kyu padanya. 

"Aku ingin kau menjadi aktor yang melangkah jauh, bukan hanya sampai di sini saja." -Han Suk Kyu-
 

"Saat aku mendengarnya, jalan yang kubayangkan sebagai aktor menjadi lebih jelas. Aku tidak mau mematok keberhasilan, tapi (saran Han Suk Kyu) menjadi motto untuk melakukan apapun yang diberikan padaku." 

 

Berbeda dengan di drama, Yang Se Jong dan Yoo Yeon Seok cukup akrab di lokasi syuting. Mereka bahkan saling bilang "Aku mencintaimu' saat syuting.

"Aku langsung berpikir, 'Oh ternyata aku syuting dengan senior yang seperti ini'. Jadi mulai saat itu aku sering mengatakan, 'Hari ini aku mencintaimu'. Aku bahkan berteriak 'Aku mencintaimu'. Tapi Han Suk Kyu sunbaenin agak susah, jadi aku cuma bilang, 'Aku mencintaimu, Kim Sa Bu'."

Di "Saimdang: Light's Diary", Yang Se Jong memerankan dua karakter sekaligus yaitu Lee Gyeom (Song Seung Hun) remaja dan Han Sang Hyun. Dua karakter tesebut sama-sama berperan penting dalam plot cerita dan cukup sering muncul.

"Aku merasa lebih gugup ketimbang saat syuting 'Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim'. Saat pertama kali melihat Lee Young Ae sunbaenim, aku tidak bisa melupakan auranya. Sepertinya ada perasaan yang langsung mengisi tempat kosong. Aku menjadi sangat tergantung pada Lee Young Ae sunbaenim saat berakting."

 

Meski sudah mantap berakting, namun impian Yang Se Jong saat masih kecil bukan menjadi aktor. Ia sering pergi ke toko buku untuk membeli komik. Saat bekerja paruh waktu, ia senang sekali membaca buku serta menonton DVD. Ia kemudian menjadi penasaran soal akting.

"Aku hidup bersama novel, komik dan DVD. Aku juga sering menonton teater saat kelas dua SMA. Semua teman-teman kelasku, termasuk aku bahkan menangis (saat menonton). Kemudian aku berpikir, 'Yeah, ini dia'. Aku ingin melakukan hal sama dengan aktor tersebut. Aku pergi mengikuti kelas akting di tahun ketiga SMA."

Saat ini, ia melangkah menuju kesuksesan sebagai aktor. Ia mengaku ingin dikenal sebagai aktor yang dipanggil dengan nama karakternya ketimbang namanya sendiri.

"'Apa itu Do In Bum yang kita temui di jalan?' rasanya menyenangkan (jika mendengar hal seperti itu). Aku sangat bangga jika dikenal sebagai karakterku ketimbang namaku sendiri. Aku akan sangat bahagia jika kelak bisa menjadi aktor sehebat Han Suk Kyu."
